Delivery and returns

First and foremost, we would like to remind you that at certain times of the year or for reasons beyond our control, deadlines may vary slightly.

Delivery

All delivery charges applicable on www.customis-air.fr are described below.

Colissimo home delivery service against signature. La Poste's Colissimo service.

If you are absent or unable to collect your parcel (no caretaker, ...), your postman will leave a delivery notice giving the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel on presentation of proof of identity.

You have 15 days from the date shown on the delivery notice to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. In this case, the next delivery charges will be at your expense.

Returns

Exchange and refund : You have a period of 14 days from delivery of the products to change your mind and return the goods to us, and receive a full refund for the purchase. For all refund requests, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the correct routing of the products in the event of a return.

Please note that it is not possible to obtain a refund after an initial exchange.

- You wish to make an exchange :

Free exchange (in metropolitan France) : If you change your mind within 14 (fourteen) days of placing your order, you can exchange your product for a credit note valid for a period of 1 year*, in the form of a discount voucher for an amount equal to your original purchase. Customers who have benefited from a promotional code and subsequently wish to exchange their product will receive a credit note for the net amount paid. If the discount is no longer valid or cannot be accumulated, the amount equivalent to the discount received on the first purchase must be paid in order to be able to exchange the product ordered.

Go to your personal space, under « My orders ». Select the order in question, then the product(s) you wish to return. Finally, indicate that you would like an exchange.

Once your exchange request has been validated, carefully prepare your parcel by including IMPERATIVELY your delivery note. If you have lost it, please contact us. Print out the prepaid returns label you received by e-mail and stick it on your parcel. Finally, drop it off at the post office of your choice.

Once your return has been received and validated, a discount voucher valid for one year will be generated.

- You would like a refund :

Go to your personal space, under « My orders ». Select the order in question, then the product(s) you wish to return. Finally, indicate that you would like a refund.

Once your refund request has been validated, carefully prepare your parcel by including IMPERATIVELY your delivery note. If you have lost it, please contact us.

Then send it back at your expense (Colissimo) to the following address :

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and validation of your parcel.

* Returned products must be new, unworn (except for short fittings) and in their original, perfectly intact box (packaging and accessories). Only undamaged products, i.e. in their original condition (in their packaging), will be accepted.
Upon receipt of the package, CUSTOMIS AIR will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No exchange or refund will be accepted if the items returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the exchange or refund is refused, the items will be returned to the customer. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
